The Art Commission Process
1. Discover
The work begins with me gaining an understanding of your ideas.
Together we will distill your vision, scope the project requirements, logistics (I am based in regional NSW Australia and will ship anywhere) and work out a realistic timeline. I like to have a video chat as I find this is the best way to get a sense of what you are seeking.
All details are confirmed and agreed in writing. A one third deposit (non-refundable) is required to begin creating your art piece.
2. Concept
The magic begins.
Based on our conversation, I will capture your ideas into two concept sketches for you to review. I’ll work with you to make up to two rounds of modifications based on your feedback, to ensure the final artwork will be just what you had in mind.
There will be a one third progress payment once the concept sketches are approved.
Your ideas come to life.
Once approved, the final art piece/s can begin. I will purchase the required art materials and create the magic. Progress photos will be supplied regularly to keep you informed and ensure the work is proceeding as you expect. Final images are sent for approval.
The balance is required before the final artwork is shipped.
Pricing
🖌️ Commission projects start at $1k
🪁 If required, I can travel to paint. I am based on the Coffs Coast of NSW, Australia. Travel expenses will be added to the quote.
Artworks can be shipped anywhere.
🔒 A 30% non refundable deposit is required to secure your commission.
